شرکت بهتا اروند با نام تجاری ساوگو در سال 1389 در شهرستان خرمشهر واقع در استان خوزستان به منظور فرآوری و بسته بندی ماهی و میگو تحت نظر متخصصین و با استفاده از تکنولوژی پیشرفته تاسیس گردید. هدف از تاسیس این شرکت اشتغال در منطقه و کمک به تامین بخشی از مواد غذایی و پروتئینی کشور بوده است.
